Open the family app
Visit app.camily.app on the family phone. Sign in with Google, then create a household or open an invitation sent to that Google account.

Set up the household
Add the person and room, discuss and record consent, then create a one-time room code in the family app.
- The room code is for pairing, not a family sign-in
- Only invite people the household authorises

Pair the Android room phone
Room-phone monitoring is currently a native Android beta. Request access, install Camily on the dedicated phone, choose Room camera phone, and enter the code.

- Allow camera access; keep Camily open, powered and connected
Install the family app on your Home Screen
iPhone or iPad
Open app.camily.app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android
Open app.camily.app in Chrome and choose Install app when offered. If it is not offered, use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
The family web app shows status while it is open. It does not watch the room or replace the native Android room-phone app.

Room checks stay on the phone by default
In strict mode, routine camera frames are analysed on the room phone and discarded. Optional check-in stills are a separate household choice and are blurred before storage.
An aid, not an emergency service
camily.app can miss an event or raise an alert when nothing is wrong. Treat an alert as a prompt to check, not a diagnosis. In an emergency in Australia, call 000.
